About These Terms
These terms apply to all services provided by Hamilton Lawn Mowing, owned and operated by Kowhai Galvin, 4/94 Norton Road, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand.
Our Services
We provide lawn mowing, gardening, hedge trimming, green waste removal, and home exterior washing services across Hamilton, New Zealand.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is based on property size and condition at the time of quote. Additional charges may apply if conditions differ significantly from the original assessment.
Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made online via Calendly or by phone. We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash. WINZ quotes are available on request.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Our services come with guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to remedy the issue at no charge.
Liability
Hamilton Lawn Mowing takes care when working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking. Any damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
