Hamilton Lawn Mowing is owned and operated by Kowhai Galvin, located at 4/94 Norton Road, Frankton, Hamilton, New Zealand. We provide lawn mowing and property maintenance services across Hamilton and surrounding areas.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide quotes, confirm bookings, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Phone Calls and Our Voice Assistant
When you use the call button on this website, you will reach 07 809 6933 and your call may be answered by an automated voice assistant. It takes your enquiry and answers common questions. If you would prefer to speak to a person, just ask and the assistant will transfer you.
To do this, the assistant converts your speech to text as you speak. We do not record your call and we do not keep a transcript of what was said. This processing happens in real time and is not stored once the call ends.
Our phone provider keeps standard call records, being the number you called from, the time, and how long the call lasted, for billing purposes. If you give us your name, address, or job details during the call, we keep those so we can quote and book your work, the same as if you had filled in a form.
These services are provided by Vapi and Telnyx, which process information on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States. You can also call or text our mobile on 021 0838 7863 to reach us directly.
Third Party Tools
We use the following services to run this website and our business. Each has its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Google Analytics measures how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Workspace is used for our email and day to day business operations.
Google Apps Script receives our booking and quote enquiries and records them in our job sheet. Formspree receives job applications submitted through our Work With Us form.
Vapi and Telnyx handle calls to our voice assistant line, as described above.
Several of these providers store and process information on servers outside New Zealand, including in the United States. We only use providers we consider to have reasonable safeguards in place.
Cookies and Tracking
This website uses cookies through Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These cookies collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and roughly where in the world you are. They do not tell us your name or contact details.
